I still have this tucked away in a box back in my parents' house. It was the first Star Trek comic I bought as a Trek-obsessed 13 year old. I remember there was another illustration near the back of that issue to advertise the 25th anniversary, and I spent the night copying the Captain Kirk you'd drawn for it.

Waahhh! Your so talented! Once my dad finally gets our new scanner working I'll get some Star Trek pictures up. Though it'll be a while before I get any pen and ink pictures up.

Looking through your gallery this page really stood out. The scale of the Enterprise, the sense of perspective and the noble stature of the crew reminds me (in the best possible way) of the Soviet propaganda posters from the 1930s and '40s. Epic and powerful, just like this image, even if their intentions were entirely different.
