So sorry, but I am at a loss as to the details of this character design. I found it while rummaging through my old files, and although I vaguely remember drawing this, I don't recall what it was for exactly, or even if it was ever used. Based on the dated hairstyle and the bandanna, this clearly was done in the 1980s.
