Description
Character Design, Skechers, ELASTIKA. Pencil, Photoshop color.I decided to throw some color on Elastika, previously submitted in black and white. These color selections are primarily my own, and do not represent the official version of the character. I figured the stretchy hairbands should resemble shoelaces, keeping with the whole Skechers sneaker motif.

I love how the bands go around her feet makes this the most cool csotume I seen recently that is not a live action movie costume from some recent movie. Too bad in real life she looks like she could be trip on those things, Btw any else was reminded of those skechers animated girls from those comercials?

To be precise, I only adapted the design from what they gave me (which was the assignment). The fun in anything comes from within you. If you can make each project an enjoyable and learning experience, then work becomes play.

I try to do that at work while i am dealing with the kids who act up and test all of the boundries. It's taught me a lot=] But i can't front, sometimes i have to remind myself "shaddap, enjoy yourself and just bug out" and things become more enjoyble=]

I've been trying to design a young/ preteen character based on my daughter that would look a LOT like this, but . . . I fail hard where you excel.
