I think you should do a tiny bit of work on his hair where you have put lines already on the outside and thats it. The half unfinished look works really really really well with this and just a tiny touch up is all it needs to complete it!

If that is done then I would also need to put more details and shadows for his shoulder and chest for the sake of asymmetrical balance.
