Description for another ID...

per usual, with my manips, this is cooked over a bit. But it's okay, for it's intended purpose... as text will cover a large area of it anyhow.

I really need to find a source for wings, too... this was bitch to work with, but thanks given that I found it anyhow...

Still, this was totally rigged because I couldn't find the wing I wanted.. even a photoshop brush would be cool, were it just the
right one...

I really like it ...but it should be in the digital manipulation category I think. From my experiences, you can't do this with a camera or developer. Ha

hmmm.. First, thank you, I'm glad that you appreciate it and that you too the time to comment. I have relocated the image to digital/manipulations, because well, it fits there. Really I should have just put in it self portraits, but it's really all semantics anyhow

However, you might want to check the three links below - they are to photographers that do what I've done, but more severly, and more expertly, and all in the darkroom, no digital manipulation. Had I not stumbled on to digital, I'd be hard at work becoming a darkroom wizard too But, I don't have the time or the money for the materials... lol. Anyhow, sorry, hope this does not seem confrontational, not intended to be, but you might like the links...

This is absolutely facinating...so emotive and expressive. It really tells a story...wonderful work...and I like the wings. I like how they are statue esck...in a way it shows the inability to be free from what is...beautiful
