After the seven Gun Shooting Heroes who were all magically transported to the broken, destroyed and abandoned planet Earthbread, Intel the new Tron Bomber and Sparkle Bomber the Astral IV wanders around in the Cyber space filled with the crossover universe images but they both found a stair portal to enter inside to find out what happen.

Intel was magically transported on the balcony of the Galactic Castle but this location name was changed into the balcony of the Base of the Haters, and next Astral IV was magically transported in the Hallowed Wood but this location name was also change into the Silent Forest. In the result, Intel has a Nebula Uzi Spectrum just like the game zone since he defeated AK-Uber in the past. Intel goes inside from the balcony to wander inside this cursed castle called Base of the Haters.

Intel must shoot down those enemies from the arcade game called Djangobon Densetsu who dared to stalk his way, and now Intel goes down to the Cyber Crystal Prison for an investigation. Intel saw an Alien Bomberman who always training inside the Cyber Crystal Jail cell but the door was opened freely due to that door lock was ceased function by the curse, "Who's there?" Nebula Bomber Kai shouted when he found a stranger who tried to find him.

"A Tron guy? Huh... You're a cute Tron Bomber, aren't you? Ah, should tell you my name. Nebula Bomber Kai. Call it an alien, but I'm guessing you don't belong here, same as me. How's about you and me look around together?" Nebula Bomber Kai asked Intel if he want to join him on his mission to find the way back home to their own universes which he gently accepted. So Intel has a new partner Nebula Bomber Kai to continue their journey to confront the new God of Doom.
