For fear of sounding sexist, one of my favorite things to do in NY is to look for the young women who change the window displays in the major department stores, and photograph them at work.  It really is an art unto itself (including math for all the measurements). Usually they see us guys doing this, but they're used to it, and they just do their work.
Nicely done!

Sometimes they don't like it very much, but more often they're so focused on what they're doing that they hardly notice you, and sometimes they seem very flattered by it.

Yes I framed her for about 30+ seconds waiting for the right moment and she never looked at me. I just saw the finished result yesterday and she did a great job!
