This was a quick drawing I did as an update to my gallery, I know I said I wouldn't do anymore celebrities but I really am starting to go through my gallery and redo the bad pieces, aka- the ones in my scraps, and this is one of the results.

There will be new pieces soon as well as remade older ones.

photoshop CS3 and my Wacom Intuos
time taken- about 4 hours

This looks so clean and well colored~ I love the texture you added on the jeans too, and I like those hand gloves. The detail you use is amazing

Face Hands and legs need some adjustments... Other than that Spectacular job. The jeans and shirt don't match the magnitude of the skin colors you did. I would suggest trying to add some more texture to them.

Yes! Loads better. The image could still use a few touch ups. I think it's your best one. What happened to the signature firefly? lol...

Any how. If you look at the hands. They overlap funny. and make the can look less dimensional at the base. Her back foot's placement doesn't match her leg or it just looks funny that way because if her foot was like that she would fall over.

One of the things with the hand. I would lessen the shadow cast by her finger. Make the side of the can closer to her face darker (more shaded values). And add some light shadows by the other fingers. That is more likely the problem than the placement of the hands.

And if you look at the face now. Her nose. The whole nose wouldn't bend to the side just the tip of it. I think the bridge of the nose extends a little bit too high and her back eye looks funny (I'm not sure why though).

I know you used this image to help with your texture on skin and clothes. But i think you should work on the hair a bit.

Hm.. also folds in skin! she is crouching bound to have some belly folds lol... Not very large ones.
