She was originally supposed to be an OC but then she turned out looking a bit more like another OC of mine... So ultimately I think, she's more of just a random girl than either of them... So this is something I did to practice drawing and coloring faces and in particular, I wanted to try drawing people showing actual emotion in their faces in contrast to my usual dull and plain expressions! I`m still trying to find my own style really.. It took me longer than you`d think.. but I`ve been busy with school stuff so its been like 20 minutes of drawing here and there working on it. I tried to stick to using only yellows and plums for the entire picture as a sort of theme. I`m pretty happy with how she turned out!ĀHope you guys like it ^^

haha thanks so much! And I don't know why she is! But I kind of feel bad that she is now haha! I at first wanted to make her look concerned but then i was like well I'd like to try coloring tears and water on skin so I added tears and that just made her look really sad! and that's really the story of how she ended up so sad... lol

Well, sometimes crying helps putting worries away so I think she will feel fine.

Beautiful drawing Jess, i really liked, the skin, expression, eyes. I think the last detail for your drawing is the hair, maybe a little thick, i don't know maybe if you look some tutorials, can be interesting too (i'm saying if you really want a extreme realistic hair). A simplistic comment ^.^, i liked the drawing really u.u
(Ps: I have problems with hair in my drawings all the time hahahaha)Ā

thanks so much for your comment! And I totally feel the same way. When I finished it, I felt kinda like I'd like to remove the hair and just look at the face cause they look like quality wise - different. Like they don't have the same kind of quality that would go together? I don't know how to explain what I mean lol. But now that you've mentioned it, I actually think I might make a more serious note to myself to look at tutorials and improve on it !

hahahha cord thingamabobs sounds good enough to me cause I really don't know what they're called..! haha! I don't know tbh I really have a thing for defined collar and neck bones! haha! hahahah omg I love your thought line!!! It made me laugh. Cause I can kinda understand how that flow went. Cause when you pointed it out she does look a little rapunzelie and then you'd read the word ariel and be like huh that doesn't look like ariel... and then read the description and be like ooooooooh... lol too funny!! thanks soo much for your comment btw!! ^^
