This is a truly beautiful artwork!!
I simply just adore how you've drawn the character within this work.
There's a certain soft and gentleness that is portrayed within this artwork.
It really gives the character a very sweet and kind appearance c:

It's beautiful, Jess. 
While the color used for the artwork is pleasing to the eyes, it kind of makes it hard to see due to the white background. o.o Not that I'm complaining, but I suggest trying to add some contrast so your drawing can be highlighted more clearly.
Aside from that, I like the simple yet beautiful level of detail that you placed, especially the shades and inking in her hair. The lines and shapes are unbelievably smooth, they just look so good. o.o
