I wouldn't use the beef tenderizer for this dish. It would simply smash the beef. Better buy beef of higher quality (from a trustworthy butcher) instead of cheap beef from the supermarket. A meat tenderizer can be used to beat escalopes before frying them.
For the casserole, it is better to cook the meat at a rather low temperature of about 60°C for a longer time. It keeps the meat juicy and soft.

jejej, I am again inventing the recipe, so when drawing I tought, what should Chrissy pick from the kitchen counter, the things that came to mid where those two

You could draw a comic showing Crissy cooking some real recipes. Each panel shows her doing a step in the recipe.
