how did you get the hair like that? this is an amazing picture. i love it!

i use 10 different colors from blueish green to light yellow then i blur them together it is way more easier to doing it on the computer than doing it with copic markers( i have i drew a medium size picture of him and im like killing my markers with to much blending -_-U)

thanks i think i'm going to try it. what program would be best for trying this in?

i doesn't really matter as long as it has blur im using Photoshop elements and it works fine( im saving up money to get illustudio its better than photoshop)
