Well, I didn't think that she was based on Neo from RWBY, since she debuted in an episode that air this past August. But... well, that Neo's made me want to include a neapolitan-themed mime character in my MLP fic The Elements of Friendship. I just have to work in some excuse to work said neapolitan pony in...
