I tried to be subtle with my harley/ivy shipping. I like to think that when Harley goes back to Joker, she has moments were she stops and thinks about Ivy.This is one of those moments I suppose.
ALSO. HARLEYS HAIR NEEDS TO BE DOWN FOREVER. Drawing pigtails from the side is annoying.

Yeah... it was always her liking him more than he liked her. There are a few moments in the comics where he shows something towards her, regret, some bit of kindness, but more often than not he's an ass, using her. I used to ship them but now having read and watched much more I've turned away from it. Still, there would be no Harley without the Joker.
Joker is definitely not one to care about love, relationships, or even friendships. All he cares about are his enemy-ships.
Well ship away, it's not hurting anyone. Me... I'm still very picky about which slash ships I like.
