I can draw the first character you have linked. She is monster-y-ish enough so she will fall under the sale too. If you do decide to commission her i'd need to know a few details about her to make sure i draw her correctly, specifically about the large hands/arms and the flaming hair pieces, how they move, etc~ ^^
And for the second character you linked, for some reason a witch is the 1st this that pops into my head haha~ With the ear poking out of a wide brim hat in some sexy cut out dress that has some colorful details to match the star shapes she wear and the pink/red and blue color scheme~ ♥ A sexy police officer would work too. If you want me to incorporate her guns~ Same thing applies, colorful details! ♥
But it's your commission so my thoughts/opinions don't entirely matter if you have something else in mind ^^

Ok so I definitely like the idea of a sexy cop or witch but if it's a with it'd have to be really sexy since I have a witch cat even when it's not Halloween. As for the ghost I'd like her to be an nsfw commission. And I can do my best to answer your questions about the flames.

Then maybe sexy cop would be best! Short cropped top, maybe a cutout where the breasts are, keep a collar and have a tight pencil skirt, a neato belt to keep her theme of the star shapes and colors, have a cute police hat, maybe brimmed in the blue and red/pinkish color and have those star shapes decorate the strap around the hat, keep the glasses and have her posed seductive-like with the guns ~^^ ♥ Super cutess!
As for the ghost, sounds good to me! If you want to carry out with the commission just send me a note with the details again, refs, all that good stuff and i can give you a final price, etc.
All i would really need to know about the ghost is if the blue broken-looking pieces are supposed to act as the forearms and if the both the arms and hands just kinda float along her body~ And then just give me details about how you'd like the nsfw to look like ~ ♥
