Ehh... needs some work. The front layer, with Dib and GIR, needs to be opaque so you can see their colors and they don't look like floating outlines. And in the Copyright description, you -have- to include the artist who originally drew the pictures you used. Taryn Sanders did Dib, but I don't recognize the GIR one.
