Ha Ha^_^ I'd say they both look kinda' pissed, but Owen always kina' looks like that. However, if Jareth gave me that look I'd be running in the other direction. Maybe even wishing for an obliette at that point. he looks like somone attempted to pluck his feathers while he was an owl^_^ Although if the Gargoyles' Oberon was involved who can blame him?
