vision: pretty, it looks nice. the bg is very pretty~ the placement of the clouds is really good - and it has just the right amount of stars <3
originality: i can't say it's super original, but i've never seen a running cycle with a bg/scene like that.. <3
technique: i love the splashes of mud when they step.. that is a perfect touch. i can't say for sure since i'm not so good at animals, but you seem to have done the running animation pretty well. the only thing that bothers me a little would be the brown stripe on the left. it seems to.. change the way it's facing through the animation, and it seems a bit wierd. another thing is that the sky would look cool if it moved ever so slightly.. but since 's a loop, i can understand why it is still.
impact: good, it got my attention. just the right amount of colours~

It reminds me of Wolfs Rain,how at the end of an episode they have the wolf running(you probable have no idea what im talking about..)

Очень здорово сделано! Правда трудно делать анимации с тенями... забываешь где именно они находятся и на втором, третьем и т.д. кадрах могут быть неточности))
Побольше бы кадров для большей плавности.. есть небольшие ошибки с движением хвоста, попы.. задних ног.. а вот то, что он бежит вперед и когда касается земли, как бы..уходит назад.. мне очень понравилось))) А ещё земля классная вышла))) никогда не умела делать цикличный фон(

this is great just simple awsome the only thing that keeps catching my eye is the left front paw. Is it me or is it acting weird? It doesn't even look like it's even hitting the ground. Also because they're moving so fast I can't really tell. lol that would awsoem if you can make it go slower so I can actually look at the leg's movement so I'm not going crazy XD

Looks a bit too much like the Gravity run cycle at the end of the Wolf's Rain animated series. If you referenced that, you should include it in your credits!
