Description
The introduction of the Inquiry Class was the successful implementation of the JSC (Joint Strike Cruiser) project. By using a single common platform, Starfleet was able to replenish its depleted inventory in a short period. Mainly based on existing starship architecture, the Inquiry can be fitted and optimized for various mission configurations. Centered on its tougher, stockier spaceframe, it reflects of the often turbulent times seen through the 2380's. They have since become a common sight throughout the Federation. Primarily a protector, and a reassuring presence in times of crisis and uncertainty.#startrekfanart
