I also had the opportunity to see it when it was new. It was mind-blowing then, just as it is today. Great photo and thanks for providing it (along with the memories.)

I've seen this car in person at car shows in the early to mid 1960's in the Chicago and Milwaukee car show circuit.
I might go see it again in Los Angeles since I now live near there. MikeZ.
