thank you, but I have to say that the figure is part of the BG.. I cut it out and relocated it .. resized the skirt, applied filters and adjusted various qualities of the figure alone.Which let me do the same with & manip the sky. Likewise to the foreground. I wanted to clarify as its a single purchased image ( the balloon is separate stock done in the normal way and is my own) however each component was cut from the original image and treated as separate stock would be. Im sure you definitely know this process...lol... want to explain so not to confuse those who may not. Thanks again for your comments! Always appreciated from you!
