EXPLODING HYDRANGEAS!I decided to start being more experimental with materials and styles... so I'm going to do some collage, some tonal drawings, some stuff with charcoal, frottage and stippling. Anything else I think of. I've got a great book with all these techniques I never considered! 8D

D: These seemingly innocent flowers...and I've been growing them in my garden, good grief! Love the exploding effect with the crosshatching. Haha, crosshatching always looks so professional. xD THIS LOOKS REALLY GOOD ALEX.
The thick black outlines are nifty and add to the almost cartoonesque feel the picture has because of the crosshatching, and I can't wait to see how you implement these new techniques into your artwork.
