I'm thinking of what kind of story lies behind this image... I'm thinking three possibilities:
A) Mario is stressed of having to run around and do so much crap it's taking a toll
B) Mario is relieved Peach isn't harmed and is back in his arms
C) Luigi got badly hurt and could die and it's worrying Mario a lot
