I always thought of Gyarados being rather ugly... and when I saw the image of the male and female gyarados someone did, I hated the fact they were pretty. But your's is just... wow. The fluid motion, the actiony pose, the AMAZING coloring technique... it's so pretty, I can't help but love it! The fin-like fans are a really nice touch, too.

I think it's very difficult to see what's going on with her pose, but I do love the design and how you used the fans to represent the fins. It's a gorgeous piece, regardless, though!

Yes, yes it is!!! ^____^ -remembers the golden days- I LOVED POKEMON YELLOW!! Let's see... Pikachu was the best I had.. but then I think it was... Pigeot, or something like that, who was my second best. ^__^ And A Bel.....
