Beautiful tones in this, with the face and hair being lighter and the rest darker as it recedes.
The expression seems to match the title well, mouth set in an almost emotionless way (that sounds like a contradiction, but it seems sometimes, when there's a strong sad emotion, there's nothing to say, and the mouth can be set as if there IS no emotion), and the eyes (especially with what looks to be the runny mascara) also look saddened.
