Description
Another FFG piece. A portrait of a noblewoman that watches from a tower as her family heads into war. This image was based off of a photo of my best friend - who makes a lovely model. Some areas are rushed... too much blurring around various areas that I never went in to refine. Oh well! I still think she's purdy.

Wow! Very graceful and flowing. Dig it! Interestingly, I was off-put at first by what I considered a lack of "depth" due to the flat, pastel-like colors along the right side taking my eye, but now I've come to realize it's an incredibly subtle lighting decision that is just lovely.
