In Zora's Fountain in Ocarina of Time, I always noticed this cave high up that I couldn't see any way of getting to. Finally, I downloaded a rom recently and used a levitate cheat to get up there, to find a whole secret passage filled with invisible Skulltuldas and a few random pots containing regular pickups (magic/arrows etc) within. There is also a visible skulltulda at the entrance of the cave, which you can see and shoot from outside without cheats. As young Link the cave and passage is completely empty.I assume it was just an area that was meant to have something in, but which they didn't use in the end, and couldn't be bothered to remove it from the map.
Screenshots are taken from the Japanese (Version 1.0) game. I legally own the PAL release, however as Version 1.0 is discontinued, I think I'm kinda allowed to own this. Who knows. P=

Oh you can get there normally in the game, there is a gold skulltula at the top of the cave, you get in via the gray rock in front of the fairy fountain :3

i found out u dont need cheats to get up there.
you need the silver gauntlets.pick up the gray rock near the fairy fountain and go down the hole.
