Got nothing much to say. I tried but I know I need more practice in this kinda shit of digital makeup artistry. I still don't like this one and could have done a better job at it. I just don't want to touch it anymore. I don't own Ahsoka Tano from that Star Wars: The Clone Wars series. The creators does.

Honestly I don't get why you're upset at this image, it came out really well. I can only see one thing that is remotely wrong with it and its not that big of deal so there's no reason to be that displease with yourself.

You're beating yourself up too much because it looks great.
Apart from the face-markings needing a little bit of shadow to blend them in better, I think you did an amazing job. The face is stunning (and the lips and eyes were painted beautifully).
I also think you did a great job on the triangular headpiece and the "hair" (for lack of a better word) is beautifully shaded and coloured.
tl;dr: It's fine, stop fretting!

Think of this as a digital makeup artistry, without the mess. Since I drew on top of the original stock image and such. It was good practice but yeah, I shouldn't be down on myself for it. But thank you.
