Awesome man, a tricep injury put me out of action for a year, thought I might never lift again! (my sport's the olympic lifts btw) The rehab period was probably one of the most frustrating period's of my life, if you know what I mean, it's kind of a unique situation which you can't quite get your head around until you're forced to go there, does that make sense? Anyway, basically I feel you man, and I love this piece! So much detail, it really strikes a chord with me

I definitely understand the feeling. I'm still going through my rehab process. I'm a pitcher (baseball) and I tore my labrum. I had a scholarship and was also going to be potentially drafted but it all got thrown out the window because I had to go for surgery. It's been a long and hard process but I'm almost near the end, which is why I felt the need to complete this piece.

That really sucks about the scholarship and everything, I have a few rugby playing friends who've missed out on lots of great opportunities because of torn tendons or connective tissue which requires surgery and it can really throw you. What I like most about this piece is it really portrays that feeling where it feels like the rehab will never end, but gets across the journey of reaching the light at the end of the tunnel.
