Description
These levitating messengers serve the rulers of the underworld. Each has an eye that never shuts, a mind that never forgets, and the power to conjure up any event they have seen so others can watch it as well. While they are valuable informers, their masters often use them to indulge in voyeurism, as they would rather savour vice than gather useful information.

I like the idea that what aspects of the mortal universe that the horrific deities of the underworld consider entertaining viewing aren't what we'd expect. They don't just follow around various gristly murders or something, they're everywhere. For a creature in the underworld, any aspect of the mortal universe is fascinating and worth observation.
Gaining the ability to see these things is like taking a microscope to a random household object and seeing it swarming with microbes. They don't interfere with the world, but will you really act the same if you know you're always being watched and envied by hordes of invisible eldritch abominations?
They're the tourists of the supernatural world.
