Description In modern societies we face a constant barrage of information. It inevitably contains fragments of longer narratives we will never see resolved. In resembling a page from a nonexistent book, this picture artificially creates a similar dilemma. The black cat's questionable actions heighten the sense of mystery and intrigue, while the officious pig's demeanour reflects the outrage we may feel when denied a satisfactory ending.

hmmm nice dilemma!
i would buy that book...

is this actually from an actual draft of a book that you would sell/print/publish?
it seems quite interesting, to say the least.

i assume that the cat represents the (lets say) movie endings that make no sense, or are mysterious, or very vague, without revealing to us anything about the protagonist's fate/end, and it doesn't gives to the audience/viewers any closure.

in those cases, i used to get angry for the lame, vague and mysterious ending of a movie/book/story, and i kept wondering: ''what happened to the hero?'' or i simply standed quiet, thinking about the movie/book that i just saw...

nowadays, i am more relaxed.
however i still desire to see/read a good movie/book.

and speaking of movies/books with lame endings/vague storylines....

the movie ''prometheus'' was also in one of those categories as well.
it didnt explain anything, and it just gave me more questions than answers.
(and for that, responsible is mr. damon lindelof, aka the man who wrote the script for ''LOST'', one of the most random and confusing series of all time. (and thankfully i never watched the ''LOST'' series, i simply saw 2-3 episodes a long time ago with friends, and i came to the conclusion that this series was too random and too confusing to be enjoyable...) )

so yeah, i know that feeling when a promising movie/book has a horrible/silly ending without any closure or without any answers.

dont get me wrong, i like mystery in my movies/books, but sometimes things should have a proper ending/story.

ANYWAY!

you drew a beautiful metaphor about ''mysterious/vague endings'', and enraged viewers.
you are great, keep making good art!

I say the pig should eat the cat and thus have his closure.

Cat-eating pigs? This story may be unsuitable for small children!
