Oil on canvas 20" X 16".Hopefully done. Two days solid work! Critiques welcome. Again the colours does not look like the real thing. I'll take another picture in the morning.

I must say this one did tire me out. I did it over the weekend but can feel it today. Sometimes you're just enjoying something so much that you forget that it actually takes a lot of effort! This is one of my favourites as well!

you did a great job capturing the expression...I almost wonder what would happen if you reflected some of those wonderful cool colors in the background into the lighting/complexion on her face. I think it would give the painting an even more beautiful glow. I love the character in this painting...beautiful job!
