First, wow, this pic is certainly eye catching. It’s really lovely to look at. The details in her hair are amazing and as for the whole having trouble with hands thing? I feel you.

The different colours you’ve used in her hair really make it stand out, but not too much. The lighter creamy oranges and the darker orange reds, really go well together. Her hair is positioned well too, spreading out and showing that she’s laying down. The darker browns in the darker areas really help too.

The proportions of the image are mostly well done too, the neck looks a little thing but that could just be your style and it does look good either way. The detail in the shadows is exceptional as well, specially on her skin. I love the strong use of pinks in the skin, giving her a very flushed but alive look. She has a very healthy complexion and the smaller blue/purple shadows are a good contrast. Just little touches of it where something is casting shadow on her skin. The folds in her shirt and on the bedding/sheet she’s lying on are really well done too.

Her lips are a nice shape and I like the slight sleepy smile she has. Her whole expression does fit with the title, making her look like she’s just woken up. The soft lighting helps with that, the image is very bright, perhaps giving the impression of early morning.

The hand over her face looks a little odd in places, around the folded fingers mostly. The two outstretched are fine but the rest looks a little flat whereas the rest of the image is nicely rounded, giving the impression of depth. It’s not really bad, it’s a tiny niggle, your pic on the whole is absolutely lovely.

Wow!  This is really good!  I'll start with the hair first.
It is super realistic and looks very natural.  I think the way you use more than just reds really helped it stand out and flow.  The shading is good to but i recommend adding more highlight to it to make it look even more natural.  You also did very good at curving the hair and not making it very rugged I guess is what i'm looking for heh.

And now for the skin.  It looks really good and you did a great job at blending it and having enough highlights and shade to tell what is what.  I find that is a problem for lots a artists who don't outline their drawings.  The hand looks pretty good.  I understand that hand art supper hard to draw and I think that you did a good job at it!

The face is well draw also.  The lips look good and I don't know if you were going for a natural look or not but if you were then I would recommend making the lips lighter in color.  The eyes, from what I can tell, also look good but they look too pink around the edges.

All in all I say you did a good job!

I really like how the colors are soft, except the hair. The hair pops out from the rest of the picture and I think that its a nice touch to it. Awesome anatomy, too!~ Great job~

This is a very nice piece with wonderful use of color and lighting. My opinion to improve this would be to add darker shading and perhaps improve on the hand proportions. Again good work on the whole piece, you did an amazing job there!
