I have trouble with the outfit. What does the typical assassin wear? undershirt, some sort of underwear lol, vest with sash over it, some sort of frock coat to the style of the day, and leggings/boots.

I assume their clothes to be at least not too out of the ordinary - comparing to what regular people wear in that period of time - but also needs some specific spots to tell them apart from civilians.
So, finding proper reference is recommended. Though, adding a bit of foreign/modern design is also great.
Hoods or some sort of headwear to hide the assassin's facial feature is also a must need.
Since assassin's need to carry out stealth missions, their outfit should not be too heavy or over layered. I would always argue that their clothes need to be both comfortable and "thick" enough for close combats.
Extra caution with female assassins! Research for ordinary clothes for women during the specific time or country you would like to set your female assassin in. If a female assassin wears pants, for instance, in an age when women were not accepted to do so, it would attract too much attention and that is just a "nono" for assassin; especially when the female assassin has exposed feminine features in public.
I don't have anything else much in my mind other than these tips; just enjoy creating your assassin. Make him/her unique from other canon protagonists form Ubisoft!

I like your concepts. I can see your dedication to these things. I hope to see an AC4 one.

Thank you . I haven't touched anything related to AC4 yet, so I'd probably work on a sketch once I get my hands on the game. Hopefully this summer to Christmas.

I don't want to be an asshole about this but If you think about back then, women wore dresses, I don't 'think' they were allowed to wear pants. (I'm only talking about the casual clothing, because I doubt women back then were normally walking around in captain suits, I understand the Assassin clothes (Because they stick out like neon in darkness). Don't yell at me!!! I was just sayin'!! All I meant is if I had an Assassin's Creed III OC She'd appear none the less feminine in her casual clothes. I've been trying to make AC OCs but I try to make them Actuate so they wouldn't be called a horrible OC because I didn't add enough information. ._. )
P.S.
I'M NOT TRYING TO BE MEAN. >.<

Thanks for the advice, but I actually thought about the clothes for quite a while .
The captain clothes is only a disguise; it doesn't mean that she is approved by any of the men to be one.
Aveline's and some multi-player characters' clothing were referenced too;
because the 'assassin element' was more important, I chose not to draw her in woman's dress, but it does not mean she does not wear one.
It is true that wearing taboo for women to wear trousers in the 1800s, but the main point of both the designs were to disguise her.
People would treat her differently if they noticed that she was a woman, and since she does not look as feminine as the other ordinary people it would make her job a whole lot easier.
I also aim to be as accurate as I can to the original game setting, hope my explanation helps you.

Nice thorough character design, i do suggest you try to make more natural poses and maybe try to use reference. The clothing design is really cool though.
