I had an idea about some anthropomorphic dolphin who wore a suit and had an incredibly powerful weapon. I'm not sure if he is a hero or villain with his water bending device maybe he is neither. Maybe he just wants to be left alone...and play with his dangerous toy. He can use that device to move any object that is made of specific materials steel, cobalt, nickel and water. He can use it to move things, form objects (like bend steel into a sword with telekinesis) or even cause your blood to seep out of you pours because, your mostly made of water.

Backstory, So there was an abnormally intelligent dolphin named Crystal She lived in a house owned by a rich weapons manufacturer CEO and inventor. Eventually the woman she lived with died and she was left to inherit the entire estate. One of the inventions the woman of the house made for Crystal was a translator. She use this to gain control of her "mothers" company. Crystal had a caretaker and she loved him. Crystal had forgotten that she was a dolphin many times since she integrated herself into such a human existence. She even thought of herself as human. But she was sad that her caretaker did not share those feelings. He loved her, but not in the way she wanted. So Crystal planned to collect a DNA sample and have the bio labs at her company and use that to unnaturally make herself pregnant with her caretaker's child hoping that having his child would make him love her. But it only drove him to suicide.

This is that child. He is stronger, faster and more agile than usual humans. Though he looks a tad chubby under his shirt, it is only his coat of blubber which keeps him warm even without wearing clothes. underneath that blubber is firm muscle which has been worked to it's physical full potential. His brain can process information three times as fast as an average human, he also retains memory longer. He is intelligent, powerful and dangerous if you intend on causing him strife.
