Good picture. I am still trying to get closer pictures of a osprey. I see more bald eagles, red-tailed hawks, and owls then osprey.

I need to see an owl! I don't have any pics of one of them yet!

Hard to get, most of the time I see them at night. My best suggestion is find a low traffic area with a street lamp with scrub nearby. I have seen owls perched above the edge of the light, and they will swoop down and get rodents as they come out the scrub to feed. Good Luck!

That birds stare = ain't getting my fish also nice photo never been able to get any pictures of large birds myself

I have been going to a few different refuges where they have larger birds. It's fun.
