Sooo, after considering 's comment on the light I got back to this image and re-rendered it using a different post-processing approach to finish the image and I think I just might like the new version better that the original one.So once again thanks for the constructive criticism, the alternate version would never be made without it.
If you've checked both versions of the image, please do try to let me know which one you like better in a comment guys, it will be much appreciated!

I didn't mean to be rude or anything, probably was in bad mood, sorry. That lights just standout so much, can't be that bright in the day, I though that the car light effects, but mostly not. The scene is so dynamic itself, but the lights distract attention a lot, that what I meant. Was it on purpose? And I can't look on that effect for long time, it hurts my eyes, that why I said that way.
I really like the idea about giantess street mentioned above. From that perspective looks like she is trying to cross the street in danger area (not for her for sure) and complains, but accordng her size she probably care about the driver and the car more than herself.

Oh, I was not offended at all. Quite the contrary, I do appreciate critisism a lot! It's easy to say when you like something, but not so much when you don't. I totally get why you didn't like the lights, I was also thinking I should redo it when I first saw the image. But then I kinda greqw fond of them and decided to keep it that way as it felt more authentic to me.Β
Now that we're discussing it I am considering getting back to the image and trying to change that so I could compare the two versions.Β
The original motivation for this one was a scene from a movie, where a girl runs from something and crosses the street. The scene was from the driver's POV and I thought like: "Wow, that would look great if she was a giant 
She wasn't complaining about the collision in my mind, but rather about the driver being rude and agressive when she run into the road and he had to stomp the brakes.

Judging by the lack of traffic Iβd say that this is a Giants Only street. The driver was clearly trying to avoid a traffic jam by sneaking through. She is clearly not liable for any insurance claim resulting from this accident.
