Description Just watched the movie recently and actually kinda dug it. I don't care for CGI flicks but a 6 foot 6'' Scandinavian warrior-king is hard to cast for real film.

This was one of my favorite scenes.

Micron, brush pen, sumi brush, white ink

Yea, as soon as I discovered Canete (less than a year ago) he immediately become a strong influence.

thanks! I watched Beowulf a few times and it didn't really have the same punch, but it was good for the first watch.

Thanks! The black n white wasn't really a creative choice. It was more because I suck at color ^__^

Colors are nice but you can tell a good artist from his raw black n whites.

yea, I've read the poem a few times. I really enjoyed the original. I thought the movie was pretty respectfully done considering it was an oral tale and probably changed quite a bit from its birth after being retold for so many centuries. Neil Gaiman called it Bewulf: as told by Roger Avary and Neil Gaiman.
