Introducing Fillypines, She is Pearl Shine's elder sister, and the second among the "Mare-ria Clara Sisters".

She was introduced by TheCrusaderWhoSaidNi on January 19, 2014. According to the creator's accounts on her, She is a daughter of Espadaña and descendant of the Kastillan Family. She's a feisty, hard-working, and strict mare who always looks out for her little siblings. She also has a strange Garrotte obsession, and a taste for balut, which she leisurely indulges in, and a Farm Mare.

The creator also added, that Fillypines is supposedly the daughter of Pearl Shine, a petition that never been approved by the group.

This 2017, EMositeCC revived this pony, now as one of the "Mare-ria Clara Sisters". Composed of Freeda (eldest), Fillypines (second eldest) and Pearl Shine (youngest).

Her mane is based on the colors of the Philippine Flag with the shades of blue and red adopted from the flag of the United States of America, used during 1919 to 1985, and readopted on 1986 to 1998. Her name is based on the country she represents, but with a mix of MLP influence, replacing the word "Philip" to "Filly".

Below is the new description given by EMositeCC to our revived OC Fillypines:
Filly is often listening to music. She may not be a good singer like her sisters, but she loves singing. She sings even if nobody wants to hear her sing. She likes balut, it's her favorite Filipino food. Filly is the black sheep of the family. She gets angry easily, she likes gossip, she's a selosa (jealous) pony. During her school days, she's known as kodigo mare (A pony who loves to cheat during exams). But despite her flaws, Filly is a mare that cares for her family. She loves them and cares for them. She's just not good at showing it. She's straightforward and blunt. Also, don't tell good jokes around her. Because she laughs loud... Like... Really loud. She is also a clumsy and airheaded one.
