I've finally got the color thing solved.

Equipment

SENRISER: The Senriser is Sentinel RX's transformation belt that is actually the Sentinel King Stone. The stone was split in half in response to Sentinel's Rider Form evolution, and allows for more powerful transformations. The belt design changes in response of Sentinel RX's Form changing.

ENERGY BASK: The energy bask is a system on the abdomen to collect and store Sentinel energy. The collected energy and the power of the Sentinel King Stone will become the hybrid energy of Sentinel RX. The energy bask also allow Sentinel RX to recover from injury instantly by regenerating. If the energy bask is damaged Sentinel RX will lose his power. (Although it can be repaired by the power of the Sentinel Light and the Sentinel King Stone.)

SENTINEL REVOLCANE: The Sentinel Revolcane is Sentinel RX's sword which comes out from his Senriser belt. it has a light saber-like mode that executes the Sentinel Revolcrash finishing attack, where Sentinel RX thrusts with the Sentinel Revolcane, sending an unlimited surge of energy into the enemy.

SENTINEL REVOLCRASH
SENTINEL RX KICK: Much similar to Kamen Rider Ichigo and Black RX's kick, he Sentinel RX kick is both single and double-foot attack which is twice as more powerful than Sentinel Rider Kick.
SENTINEL RX PUNCH: The Sentinel RX version or Rider Punch with twice more power.
MACRO SENTINEL EYE: Ability to see objects behind obstacle and inside the enemies body.
SENTINEL KING STONE FLASH: A most powerful technique. By shouting out "Sentinel King Stone Flash" Kamen Rider Sentinel RX could fire a burst of energy from his belt. Which can cause some major effects on a monster.
