If you mean bukkit, no, my friend tried to install it but it didn't work.
It's all legit creative mode.

You simply need to install the latest Single Player commands for the latest minecraft version then download the WorldEdit.jar plugin and put it into your "bin" folder (so it's with minecraft.jar in 1 folder)
After that all you need is to see how to use the worldedit commands.You'll be able to copy-paste all the houses
