"hey, you, you need to prepare that beast of yours!" someone said when he pointed to Haldir.
"Beast?" Luka asked, not knowing what the man was pointing to. Haldir could only sigh.
"I'll show you ..." he said when he walked further down the stable building. He went to a darker part of the building, passing some older stall, unused for the moment.
At the end of the row, there was a stall, a blanket was hanging before the bars so that no one could watch in ... or out ...
When Luka came closer, she could here the moving of a horse in the straw.
"Haldir, there is a horse in here?"
The vampire-elf nodded. He reached out to the blanket and pulled it off.

inside was a Harlequine stallion with pale blue eyes. a pure white coat with a black nose, diamond markings all over his body. "wow, he's gorgeous." Luka said when she was attracted by the stallions beauty. The stallion standing standing with his hind to the door, so that you could only see the right side of his body.
Luka walked up to the door and tried to open it.
"no, don't!"
Before Luka had even pulled out the lock, the stallion had turned around, his ears flatten in his neck, he teeth showing, letting out a growling sound before he launched himself to the iron bar to only smack against it.
Haldir had pulled away Luka from the stallion's stall and had put the lock back on.
Luka gasped for air when she saw the stallion with a fury in his eyes ... and his left side of his face full of scares.
"what has ..."

"Nobody know ..." Haldir said. "They found in, wandering in the woods, covered in blood and his face ripped like he was attacked by a wolf ..."
Luka looked up to Haldir. "Blood?" Haldir nodded. "2 days later they found a human body .. or what was left of it. it was smached, crushed, ... like a stampede had rushed over it.
They say it took more then 10 people to catch him. he fought like a beast and even killed 2 people ..."
Luka suddenly became scared. this couldn't be a story of a horse ... no horse could be that .. aggressive.
"After they caught him, they had to keep him sedated to do something with him. With his chipnumber they found out where he came from, but the stable was burned down apparently. It's seems he's the son of a mare named Harlequin, who is a Ghede daughter ...
Each time he woke up, he tried to break out, often wounding the people that tried to keep him in. they wanted to put him down. I bought him."
Luka stared at the stallion, who had crawled in a dark corner of the stall, looking with fierce eyes to the girl.
"you're made. How are you able to control him??"
Haldamir smiled, showing his sharp fangs. "let me say I had a good .. 'talk' with him."

15 minutes later, the showµholder asked to take a step back from the next entrant, to remove any other horse from the sight and to keep children at a save distance. The stallion was lead into the garden, wearing a muzzle over his mouth so that he could bite. His eyes were going from side to side, from person to person ... like he was searching for a prey.
"don't you even dare!" Haldir almost growled when he saw the stallion pumping up his muscles ...
The Harlequine 'calmed' down, his ears flat in his neck, doing what he was bred for to do. to show! the only moment the stallion could fin some rest ...
