Description
Well, time to redesign several of my old favorite Pokemon gijinkas, so my first try was with Frodis, the Floatzel.

She actually didn't change more, just fixed up a few details.
_First she used to have blue eyes, but now they are black.

_I changed that weird "cow lick" thing on the top of her hair for a anime-like athenna hairs, plus added a yellow spot to resemble that yellow thing on Floatzel's head.

_The black marks on her cheeks were removed, because they look weird. In exchange, her eyelashes became thicker. Her eyebrows grew, too, and they are yellow colored instead of orange.

_Her bathing suit didn't change much, neither her wristbands, but there's now a more notable difference between the orange in her hair and the one on the swimsuit. Removed the "hairs" on her towel, though.
