Newpageyay. XPSo yeah, we get a teeny little taste of what Austin is all about. ^_^ And the 'airhead' thing was not supposed to be a pun. Honest to god.
Another thing you'll realize while reading this page is that I can't draw stairs for shit! I am just....awful with them!
But hey, I need the practice.

I thought this page was beautiful. The backgrounds were nice and I felt like they were really in a town. Admittedly I thought the stairs were a bridge at first... but i think you're getting better as you go ^^.

Glad to see a new page. I like the world you're starting to build here, even though it must be a proportions nightmare, what with trying to layer and scale all the buildings and stuff. As for the stairs, they're not drawn that bad, there are just a few inconsistencies with their scale and structural details. Also, the buildings could use a little texturing. That being said I really like the bits of character development we're starting to get. It's really getting more and more interesting with every page. Also, I hope I'm not harshing to much with my critique. I know that work takes a lot out of you. Keep it up Rae!

Proportioning buildings has always been a hassle for me. But recently it's been looking better each time.
And as for the texturing, I'll fix that post haste! (I kinda forgot about it.

Rachael, you're ability to take criticism always impresses me. I don't particularly enjoy it, but you being such a good sport makes it a LOT easier.

Oh believe me, my teachers at the Kubert school were way harder on me when it came to criticism. I mean, they were nice about it, but they didn't hold back on telling me what was wrong. ^_^ And honestly, criticism is quite refreshing after hearing nothing but compliments on my art most of my life. If someone doesn't tell me what's wrong, then I can never improve.

...That being said, something about Austin's face seems... off to me. I can't put my finger on it, but I noticed it from the beginning. If I had to guess I'd say that character hasn't been as fleshed out as the others in terms of boiling him down intricacies to essence, if that makes any sense at all. Just thinking out loud.
