Trisha is a fairy of verity. She has a deeper and broader perception than most people.
Lies aren't just superficial, a passing delusion or an attempt to cover something up - they're the very core of most things in world structure.
Trisha and her friend Vanessa exist in an alternate canon where no fairies are left except two of them.
Both were born in 2003 after the Great Magical War, where fairies, as a superior magical race, were subsequently degenerated. All the places where fairy industrial systems once existed has been abandoned, and their kingdoms has been inhabited by other races.
For the most part, they're each other's most important one. They don't need any leisure other than the time they spend together. They've known each other since high school, they've gone through teenage problems with social adaptation together, and they've found solace in each other.
Including, of course, their little secret that they are both possibly the last fairies in the world.
