When Mal turn into MPAJA, he doesn't turn 100% ruthless. He just being commie like what USSR teach him to, his memories become blurry tho he completely forget everything about Malacca Empire and old timey stuff (like folklore story ;D). He still remember his parent but not his memories with them, also he hate British for leaving him.
