Description
DOC: Aug 10, 2007- Sep 29, 2008Tribute to Tim Burton's classic 1989 adaption; starring Jack Nicholson and Micheal Keaton.
Feels like forever since I actually uploaded something (I've been starting more than I have been finishing when it comes to these works).
Anyways, about the piece . . . I always wanted to try something on this level of complication (huge collage type-style). Obviously, the process was time-consuming and rather hard (though color-ranging some of the small scene was useful).
Though not my favorite Batman film(I would have to say, that with me, my favorite is Returns), the movie is classic. After I first saw the movie, last summer, I just felt the urge to make this. Maybe, if all goes well, I will move on to the sequels.
This has been my struggle and pain over the last year . . . and I'm done with it!!!

This movie is hated by some Batman fans, and I could see how some characters do things they'd never really do(BATMAN DOSEN'T KILL!!!!!!!!),but until the third act I think its epic, after that its just kinda odd.

This collage is totaly awsome.
Only wrong with it is BatmanΒ΄s chest plates on him.
the "tail" is split in a three way fork, it looks wrong.
Besides that, utterly cool pic.

The whole fork tail bat was actually the way the designer made the costume in that movie ... I personally always found it really strange ... lol google it ... all of these were based off of real promo pictures. Thank you btw

Nice job dude, Batman(1989) and Batman Returns are my favorite films, to me they are as accurate as you can get to the comics. I'm not a big fan of any of Nolan's films, to me, he just killed batman's character(never mind joel schmaucher). Anyway, again, great job on the picture.

in he Joker's side you could draw the chemical's vat...

If you look close enough, on the joker side there is a picture of jokers hand coming out of the chemical vat ... thats about as close as I got :/

I'M NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN THE NEW ONES - "BEGINS" AND "DARK KNIGHT;" AND THE JOEL SHCUMAKER MOVIES - "FOREVER" AND "BATMAN AND ROBIN" WERE GARBAGE.
BUT I LOVE "BATMAN" AND "BATMAN RETURNS." THOSE WILL ALWAYS BE THE BATS FOR ME.

If i could make just one suggestion, is to lighten Batman's skin (in the foreground) because he sort of hides and seems the Joker stands out more. The background looks sweet. Wish you had a bigger version of this so i can set it up on my 1289x1024 screen.
