That is decent. I love the movement, the strange colours that are so vibrant and yet .. realistic, like everything has been saturated (not like photoshop saturated, but water satrated). And the movement only enhances how we view the picture, I keep going around in circles looking at the little details over and over again.

It's fully original, but I did add some contrast/saturation and did a bit to give it more 'pop'. This is not a photomanipulation, it was taken from a bus.
