BAD TRIP

I have never taken mind-altering substances - well, except for alcohol of course - but I feel as a proud Dutchman I probably am obligated to at some point. Like, no joke, the stereotypes are pretty much not that far off from the truth. If you're in Center Amsterdam you can't turn a corner without walking into three shops that either sell weed or weed-related merchandise. Weed culture is pretty big alright. When I was still studying, the front door of our college always reeked of marihuana 24/7.
I feel bad for the kids that had to desperately explain to their parents why their clothes smelled like weed just because Chuckles McBlazeIt decided to light a joint right next to them.
