I had an old picture back in 2009/2010 I tried to draw Jin with a fairy in his hand and it was snowing. it didn't look right because my skills then weren't that great compared to xp. I really out did myself here this took all day to do and I love it lol.Jin Kenshin (c)

sorry for late reply.
when you finish the picture just flatten the image so that it becomes one pictures then duplicate the picture. make sure it's a psd file then go to photoshop then blur the the duplicate picture by about 80 %. add a little noise to the duplicate picture and then put the opacity to about 70 or 75 % on the duplicate giving the picture the anime look.
